Support User in Honeydew Application

We can provision a support user in your Honeydew organization to help troubleshoot any issues. These users can be assigned viewer, editor, or admin access, depending on the level of support required. They can also be provisioned with or without data access, based on your organization’s preference. Each account is tied to a named Honeydew representative and can be removed or blocked at any time by your organization’s admin. This option is especially helpful when dealing with complex modeling or data issues that require direct investigation by our team. If it better suits your security or compliance requirements, you can create login accounts for Honeydew support users within your own organization and assign them to your Honeydew organization. This ensures their access is managed according to your internal policies.
